IMPORTANT!
PLEASE READ:
Computer
manufacturers are contracted through Microsoft to cover the operating
system that was preinstalled on your machine (i.e. your computer came
with Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, etc. already installed). Under no
circumstances should your computer manufacturer send you to Microsoft
Technical Support to resolve your operating system issue. This is
often called "bouncing" a customer. If you are requested to
contact Microsoft, please ask for a supervisor and notify them you are
aware of the contractual arrangements with Microsoft regarding this
issue. NOTE: Support for the SPII.NET may ask you to call your
computer manufacturer or Microsoft Technical Support if they feel you
have an operating system issue. This is to ensure you get the best
care possible (besides, our support doesn't know your computer as well
as your manufacturer does).
