Go to windows Mail,

Start, All Programs, Windows Mail.

A setup wizard May Appear, if it does, Skip to the Wizard Setup Section.

If no Setup Wizard Appears, Click on the pull down menu TOOLS, then click on Accounts,

Click the Add Button,

Setup Wizard Section.

Choose E-mail Account, and then click the Next button

Enter the Desired Display name, then click the Next button

Enter your email address, then click next

Incoming E-mail Server type is, POP3

Incoming Mail is, mail.spii.net

Outgoing Mail is, mail.spii.net

Put a check mark in Outgoing server requires authentication.

Click the Next Button

Your username should be automatically filled in,

Enter your password

Put a check in Remember Password

Click Next

Click on the Finished Button

Connect to the Internet,

Check Email by clicking the Send/Receive Button.
